As goes Dubuque, so goes Hong Kong
In 1882, the rich in Hong Kong needed the Peak Tram to take them up Victoria Peak, and a rich man in Dubuque needed a cable car to take him home. Today, visitors can still take the railways the rich once used, to find some great views. Continue reading
